The first hour of the show starts off with a conversation about Sam Darnold being brought in to start in case Brock Purdy was not ready. Trey Lance becoming QB3 was decided in March. We then go into how Trey has not been given the opportunity to develop in the Niners system and how the narrative is different around Trey compared to other QBs. Fans and teams have given other QBs years to develop and we write off Trey after four games.

Hour two begins with a conversation with recurring guest Gus. We talk Aaron Judge and the Yankees, Shohei and the latest on his injury and how it will affect the AL MVP race as well as his free agency, we talk Mets and the way they let go of Max Scherzer and Justin Verlander. We then go into football where we talk the Giants recent trade for Isaiah Simons in exchange for a 7th round pick in the LB position. We talk Trey Lance and get his opinion on the news coming out of Niners camp. We then head into You're Not That Guy for some funny stories.

Hour three consists of home team headlines where we talk about the San Francisco Giants win over the Phillies. We then go into the Raiders camp and their plans for Josh Jacobs, then we cover the A's and their plans to move to Las Vegas. We then move onto Niners camp and the latest coverage of the Trey Lance situation. We also cover what the future can hold for the Niners.

The show kicks off with some observations of the San Francisco Giants. We then go into the Freshest Headlines which include the Chicago White Sox fire Executive Vice President and General Manager amid their horrendous season, Reggie Bush to file lawsuit against the NCAA, and the Yankees lose eight games in a row for the first time since the 1980's.

Hour two consists of a phone interview from Steven Haglund of the LA Chargers. We talk Chargers training camp, wide receivers to look out for, and Austin Ekeler . We then dive into elite quarterbacks of the NFL and if Justin Herbert can be thrown into that group, Justin Fields, and which QB we can expect to regress this upcoming season.

Hour three contains Love It or Leave It; where Gonzo gets questions asked to him without prepping. We then go into Hone Team Headlines where we talk about the Rams OC being out of his comfort zone, the Raiders go up against the Cowboys in their final pre-season match up and could surprise the league. We also mention how Nick Bosa still has not signed his contract extension and the drama that is the A's potentially moving to Las Vegas.
